Piriformospora indica as a Micorrhizal-like fungus exhibits a high effect in plant growth and increased resistance against biotic and abiotic stresses. The goal of this research was the study of the potential of P. indica to colonize the roots of rice plant and enhances growth and elevating drought resistance. This study was done as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with four replications and was conducted in the greenhouse of Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute (Isfahan). The experimental factors included 2 fungal levels (inoculated and non-inoculated) and 3 drought levels (F.C., 50% F.C., 25% F.C.). The results indicated that P. indica can colonize rice roots plant. Also, inoculation of plant with P.indica increased the biomass of rice plants, as in inoculated plants under severe drought stress total shoot dry weight and root dry weight was increased by 47% and 63%, respectively. Under severe stress conditions, RWC in inoculated plant was greater as well (19% was higher than control plants). The results showed the effective role of fungus in enhancing rice morphological parameters in drought stress conditions (especially at the 25% F.C. level). According to the results, it seems that Rice is also one of the hosts of this fungus and endophytic fungus can provide the possibility of rice cultivation in other regions of Iran. As well as the improvement of growth in inoculated rice plant will decrease the requirement to chemical fertilizer in flooded rice cultivation.}, keywords = {Endophyte,Sustainable agriculture,Colonization,Inoculation,Biomass}, title_fa = {تأثیر قارچ شبه‌میکوریزی Piriformospora indica روی برخی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک گیاه برنج تحت شرایط نرمال و تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {قارچهای میکوریزی با فراهم نمودن سطح جذب‌کننده وسیع‌تر برای انتقال عناصر غذایی موجود در خاک به ریشه گیاهان، سبب بهبود رشد گیاه می‌گردند. قارچ P. indica به‌عنوان یک قارچ اندوفیت شبه‌میکوریزی باعث تحریک رشد بسیاری از گونه‌های گیاهی گردیده و همچنین مقاومت به تنش‌های زیستی و غیرزیستی را افزایش می‌دهد. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی امکان کلونیزاسیون ریشه گیاه برنج توسط قارچ اندوفیت P. indica و تأثیر آن در بهبود رشد و افزایش برخی پارامترهای مورفولوژیکی گیاه برنج در شرایط نرمال و تنش بود. این بررسی به‌صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در گلخانه پژوهشکده بیوتکنولوژی اصفهان اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل دو سطح قارچ (تلقیح و عدم‌تلقیح) و 3 سطح خشکی (ظرفیت زراعی، 25% ظرفیت زراعی و 50% ظرفیت زراعی) بود. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که قارچ P. indica قادر به کلونیزاسیون ریشه گیاه برنج می‌باشد و تلقیح با قارچ سبب افزایش بیوماس قسمت‌های هوایی و ریشه گیاهان تلقیح شده نسبت به گیاهان شاهد گردید، به‌طوری‌که در شرایط تنش خشکی شدید وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه در گیاهان تلقیح شده نسبت به شاهد به‌ترتیب 47 و 63 درصد افزایش نشان داد. همچنین در شرایط تنش شدید محتوای نسبی آب گیاهان تلقیح شده 19% بالاتر بود. نتایج بر نقش مؤثر این قارچ در بهبود خصوصیات گیاه برنج تحت شرایط تنش خشکی به‌ویژه در شرایط تنش شدید (25% ظرفیت زراعی) دلالت داشت. با توجه به این نتایج به ‌نظر می‌رسد برنج نیز یکی از میزبان‌های این قارچ محسوب می‌شود و قارچ می‌تواند امکان کشت برنج را در سایر مناطق ایران فراهم آورد. همچنین بهبود رشد در گیاهان تلقیح شده نیاز به استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی را در کشت برنج کاهش خواهد داد.}, keywords_fa = {اندوفیت,کشاورزی پایدار,کلونیزاسیون,تلقیح,بیوماس}, url = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_1272.html}, eprint = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_1272_7ac8322aae55300cbabe06f8b83644ae.pdf} }
