(Lamiaceae), with the common name of Moortalkh, is an endemic species grown in Bushehr, Khuzistan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Fars, Kerman and Hormozgan Provinces of Iran. In the present study, variation of the essential oil content and composition among seven populations of the plants collected from different natural habitats including Fars Province (Bavanat, Darab, Sarvestan and Lar) and Hormozgan Province (Tange-Zagh, Sarchahan and Sirmand) was investigated. The essential oil was first isolated by hydrodistillation and then analyzed by GC/FID and GC/MS and finaly their chemical variability was determined. Results showed that maximum and minimum essential oil content (w/w%) obtained from Sirmand (2.2%) and Sarvestan (0.6%) populations, respectively. Altogether, 127 compounds were identified in the oils. Linalyl acetate, trans-sabinene hydrate, 1,8-cineole, linalool, γ-cadinene and α-terpenyl acetate were the major compounds. Cluster analysis (CA) of the essential oil components characterized five chemotypes as I) linalyl acetate+1,8-cineole, II) linalyl acetate+linalool+α-terpenyl acetate, III) linalyl acetate+sabinene hydrate, IV) linalyl aceate+γ-cadinene and V) α-terpenyl acetate+1,8-cineole. The high chemical variation among populations according to their geographical and bioclimatic distribution could be considered for in situ and ex situ conservation and domestication of the plants.}, keywords = {Hydrodistilation,Lamiaceae,Domestication,Chemotype,Gas chromatography}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تنوع شیمیایی اسانس جمعیت‌های طبیعی گیاه مورتلخ در ایران}, abstract_fa = {مورتلخ با نام علمی Salvia mirzayanii از خانواده نعناعیان، یکی از گونه‌های بومی (اندمیک) کشور است که در استان‌های بوشهر، خوزستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، فارس،کرمان و هرمزگان رویش دارد. در این تحقیق هفت جمعیت مختلف این گیاه از رویشگاه‌های طبیعی آن در استان‌های فارس (بوانات، داراب، سروستان و لار) و هرمزگان (تنگه زاغ، سرچاهان وکوه سیرمند) جمع‌آوری شده و از نظر مقدار اسانس و تنوع ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب انجام شده و پس از اندازه‌گیری مقدار اسانس (درصد وزنی به وزنی)، نوع و مقدار ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در اسانس جمعیت‌ها نیز به روش کروماتوگرافی گازی همراه با طیف‌سنج جرمی انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیش‌ترین و کم‌ترین مقدار اسانس به‌ترتیب مربوط به جمعیت سیرمند (2/2 درصد) و جمعیت سروستان (6/0 درصد) بود. در مجموع در اسانس جمعیت‌های مورد مطالعه تعداد 127 ترکیب شناسایی شدند که لینالیل استات، ترانس- سابینن هیدرات، 1و 8- سینئول، لینالول، گاما-کادینن و آلفا-ترپنیل استات، ترکیبات اصلی اسانس این جمعیت‌ها بودند. تجزیه خوشه‌ای ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس جمعیت‌ها منجر به شناسایی پنج تیپ شیمیایی 1) لینالیل استات + 1و8- سینئول، 2) لینالیل استات + لینالول + آلفا‌-ترپنیل استات، 3) لینالیل‌استات + سابینن‌هیدرات، 4) لینالیلاستات + گاما-کادینن و 5) آلفا-ترپنیل استات + 1و 8- سینئول گردید. تنوع شیمیایی بالای اسانس در بین جمعیت‌ها براساس پراکنش جغرافیایی و اقلیمی می‌تواند برای حفاظت و اهلی کردن درون و خارج از رویشگاه این گیاه در نظر گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {نعناعیان,اهلی کردن,تیپ شیمیایی,رویشگاه طبیعی,کروماتوگرافی گازی}, url = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2199.html}, eprint = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2199_75863d7f87381eef3a0263d63de08bc5.pdf} }
