Knowledge of the chemical compounds in plants in different regions helps to study the effect of climatic conditions on these chemicals. In this study, biophenolic compounds of four olive cultivars were identified through the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that different cultivars of olives in various regions were significantly different in terms of the compositions of biophenolic compounds. Among the olive cultivars and regions, the highest coefficient of variation (45.08 and 45.03 percent) was obtained for Dialdehyde-Oleuropein aglycon and Apigenin-7-glucoside, respectively. Mean comparisons showed that Oleuropein compound in all three regions had the highest quantity. Interaction between the region and the cultivar showed that Sevillana cultivar in Kouhdasht and Khorram-Abad regions and then the Manzanilla in Veysian region had a higher quantity for Oleuropein, Apigenin-7-glucoside, Luteolin-7-glucoside and Verbascoside compounds than other the cultivars in different regions. Cluster analysis of biophenolic compounds distinguished the two groups in -19.79 distances. Distribution diagram of cultivars in different regions using the first and second components showed that the distribution of samples based on two main components were consistent with cluster analysis, as samples of Sevillana cultivar in Kouhdasht region, Sevillana cultivar in Khorram-Abad region and Manzanilla cultivar in Veysian region were at a distinct group with the highest quantity of the biophenolic compounds.}, keywords = {Secondary metabolites,Variation coefficient,Oleuropein,Biophenolic compounds}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تنوع ترکیبات بیوفنلی میوه چهار رقم زیتون در مناطق محتلف استان لرستان}, abstract_fa = {رویشگاه‌های مختلف با شرایط آب و هوایی متنوع اثرات متفاوتی بر رشد و میزان متابولیت‌های ثانویه گیاهان دارند. آگاهی از ترکیبات شیمیایی گیاه در مناطق مختلف به شناخت اثر شرایط آب و هوایی بر این ترکیبات کمک میکند. در این پژوهش ترکیبات بیوفنلی میوه چهار رقم زیتون با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی مایع با عملکرد بالا (HPLC) شناسایی شدند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ارقام مختلف زیتون موجود در مناطق مختلف از نظر ترکیبات بیوفنلی دارای تنوع معنی‌داری هستند. در بین ارقام زیتون مورد بررسی در مناطق مختلف، بیش‌ترین ضریب تنوع 08/45 و 03/45 درصد به‌ترتیب برای ترکیبات دی‌آلدئید-اولئوروپئین آگلیکون و آپیژنین 7-گلیکوزید به‌دست آمد. مقایسه میانگین‌ها نشان داد در ترکیبات مورد بررسی بالاترین مقادیر را اولئوروپئین در هر سه منطقه مورد بررسی داشت. اثر متقابل منطقه و رقم نشان داد که رقم سویلانا در دو منطقه کوهدشت و خرم‌آباد و سپس رقم مانزانیا در منطقه ویسیان به‌ترتیب بالاترین مقادیر را برای ترکیبات بیوفنلی اولئوروپئین، آپیژنین 7-گلیکوزید، لوتئولین 7-گلیکوزید و ورباسکوزید نسبت به سایر ارقام در مناطق مختلف داشتند. تجزیه خوشه‌ای ترکیبات بیوفنلی در فاصله 79/19- تعداد دو گروه را متمایز نمود. دیاگرام پراکنش ارقام در مناطق مختلف با استفاده از مؤلفه اول و دوم نشان داد که پراکنش نمونه‌ها براساس دو مولفه اصلی با تجزیه خوشه‌ای هم‌خوانی داشت، به‌طوری‌که در نمونه‌های مربوط به کوهدشت رقم سویلانا، خرم‌آباد رقم سویلانا و ویسیان رقم مانزانیا در یک گروه متمایز قرار گرفتند که بالاترین مقادیر را از نظر ترکیبات بیوفنلی مورد بررسی در این مطالعه داشتند.}, keywords_fa = {متابولیت‌های ثانویه,ضریب تنوع,اولئوروپئین,ترکیبات بیوفنولی}, url = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2213.html}, eprint = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2213_615a159f3d19d76ce6f541ff7397063c.pdf} }
