Essential oils of Salvia macrosiphon, Hypericum perforatum and Zhumeria majdae at two levels: 250 and 500 ml/l and calcium chloride (2% and 4%) were applied on fruits that had been immersed in Botrytis cinerea spores, stored at a temperature of 4±1℃ and then kept for 16 days. Fruit decay (%), pH, fruit weight loss (%), TTS (%), total acid (mg/100 ml), tissue firmness ,color and changes in vitamin C were measured. Result showed that essential oils and calcium chloride had significant effect on fruit decay. Decay completely controled in all treated fruit expect Salvia macrosiphon (500 ml/l). The lowest and highest water loss was observed in calsium chloride (4%) and Salvia macrosiphon essential oil (500 ml/L) treatments, respectively. Tissue firmness was significantly higher in treated fruits than in control. Generally, calcium chloride (2% and 4%) and Salvia macrosiphon at 250 and 500 ml/l level showed the highest firmness. The lowest TSS (%) was shown in control fruits. Fruits treatment with calcium cheloride (2% and 4%) and essential oils of Zhumeria majdae at 250 and 500 ml/l level showed significantly higher vitamin C content. In general, all calcium chloride and essential oil treatments (except Zhumeria majdae at 250 ml/l) showed better color than the control. This research revealed that calcium chloride and Essential oils of the above three plants were effective in decay control and maintaining strawbery fruit quality during 16 days storage.}, keywords = {Fruit quality,Fruit decay,Vitamin C,Tissue firmness}, title_fa = {تأثیر کلریدکلسیم و اسانس‌های مورخوش،‌ مریم گلی و گل راعی بر کنترل کپک خاکستری توت‌فرنگی (Fragaria ananasa)}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. اسانس گیاهان مریم‌گلی، گل راعی و مورخوش، در دو سطح 250 و 500 میکرولیتر در لیتر و کلرید‌کلسیم (2 و 4 درصد) روی میوه‌های توت‌فرنگی رقم گاویوتا که در اسپور قارچ بوتریتیس سینرا غوطه‌ور شده بودند استفاده شد و سپس در دمای 1±4 درجه سانتی‌گراد و به‌مدت 16 روز نگهداری شدند. درصد پوسیدگی، pH، درصد کاهش وزن، درصد مواد جامد محلول، اسیدیته کل (میلی‌گرم در 100 میلی‌لیتر)، سفتی بافت، رنگ و تغییرات ویتامین ث اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که اسانس‌ها و کلرید‌کلسیم اثر معنی‌داری بر پوسیدگی میوه داشتند. پوسیدگی در میوه‌های تیمار شده به‌جز مریم‌گلی (500 میکرولیتر در لیتر) به‌طور کامل کنترل شد. کم‌ترین درصد کاهش وزن در کلرید‌کلسیم 4 درصد و بیش‌ترین درصد کاهش وزن در تیمار اسانس مریم‌گلی 500 میکرولیتر در لیتر مشاهده شد. سفتی به‌‌طور معنی‌داری در میوه‌های تیمار شده بیشتر از شاهد بود. کلرید‌کلسیم (2 و 4 درصد) و دو سطح 250 و 500 میکرولیتر در لیتر مریم‌گلی بیش‌ترین سفتی را نشان دادند. کم‌ترین میزان مواد جامد محلول در شاهد مشاهده شد. میوه‌های تیمار شده با کلرید‌کلسیم (2 و 4 درصد) و دو سطح 250 و500 میکرولیتر در لیتر اسانس مورخوش به‌طور معنی‌داری محتوای ویتامین ث بیشتری نشان دادند. به‌طور‌کلی میوه‌ها در همه تیمار‌ها به‌جز 250 میکرولیتر در لیتر مورخوش، رنگ بهتری نسبت به شاهد نشان دادند. این تحقیق نشان داد که کلرید‌کلسیم و اسانس گیاهان دارویی فوق در کنترل و حفظ کیفیت پس ‌از برداشت توت‌فرنگی به‌مدت 16 روز مؤثر بودند.}, keywords_fa = {کیفیت میوه,پوسیدگی میوه,ویتامین ث,سفتی بافت}, url = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2240.html}, eprint = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2240_480de6e9f20b87bc3be58f91ccc27440.pdf} }
