(Moldavian Balm) is a medicinal and aromatic plant which is consumed as an edible vegetable in Northwest of Iran. The present study was carried out to assess the diversity among 7 landraces (Cultivated populations) of D. moldavica, originated from east and west Azerbaijan provinces (Northwest Iran), based on 11 agromorphologic traits and phytochemical characteristics of essential oil. Populations including Naghadeh, Keshtiban, Topragh-Ghalae, Baghchajogh, Hokm-Abad, Jahangir and Shiraz-Valley were evaluated. Seeds of seven populations were cultivated in a field condition of Hamedan. The results from the assessment of the agro-morphological traits showed significant differences among populations in ten traits studied. The essential oil contents, obtained from the plants, ranged from 0.03% to 0.12% based on leaf dry weight (w/w%). The highest essential oil percentage (0.12%) was determined for Hokm-Abad. In all, 27 compounds were identified in essential oils Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) in 7 populations. Geranyl acetate (19.85%-45.58%) was found to be the dominant component for all essential oils extracted from populations. Two grouping pattern resulted from two clustering analysis based on 11 agromorphologic traits and the compositions of essential oil. They divided the populations into two distinct groups but they did not match. The results of correlation analysis, based on agromorphologic traits and major compounds of essential oils, showed that the stem diameter, as the only morphological trait, was positively correlated with essential oil content. The findings of this research provide information that could be useful for better exploration and breeding programs of D. moldavica.}, keywords = {Phenotype diversity,Essential oil,Correlation,Lamiaceae,Chromatography}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تنوع توده‌های بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica) کشت‌شونده در شمال‌غرب ایران با استفاده از صفات اگرومورفولوژی و فیتوشیمیایی}, abstract_fa = {بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) گیاهی است معطر و دارویی که در شمال‌غرب ایران کشت شده، به‌صورت سبزی هم مصرف می‌شود. در بیشتر برنامه‌های به‌نژادی گیاهان دارویی، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻨﻮع ژنتیکی در ذﺧﺎﯾﺮ ﺗﻮارﺛﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مراحل پیشبرد کار محسوب می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر تنوع بین هفت جمعیت‌ کشت‌شونده بومی از شمال‌‌غرب ایران، دو استان آذربایجان‌غربی و شرقی، براساس 11 صفت‌ اگرومورفولوژی و ویژگی‌های فیتوشیمیایی اسانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جمعیت‌ها متعلق به مناطقی شامل نقده، کشتیبان، توپراق‌قلعه، باغچاچوق، حکم‌آباد، جهانگیر و روستای‌شیراز بود. بذور جمعیت‌های موردنظر جمع‌آوری شدند و تحت شرایط زراعی، در منطقه همدان کشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که جمعیت‌ها از نظر صفات اگرومورفولوژی، دارای تفاوت‌ معنی‌دار آماری (p<0.05) بودند. میزان اسانس جمعیت‌ها نیز بین 03/0 تا 12/0% بر مبنای وزن خشک برگ، متغیر بود. بادرشبو متعلق به منطقه حکم‌آباد دارای بالاترین میزان اسانس بود. در ارزیابی ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس جمعیت‌ها با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی گازی همراه با طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC-MS)،‌ 27 ترکیب شناسایی شدند. ترکیب ژرانیل‌استات با دامنه تغییرات 58/45%-85/19%، ترکیب غالب در بین اسانس همه جمعیت‌ها بود. نتایج تجزیه خوشه‌ای هفت جمعیت بادرشبو با استفاده از صفات اگرومورفولوژی و هم‌چنین براساس ویژگی‌های شیمیایی اسانس، جمعیت‌ها را در دو گروه مجزا قرار داد ولی این دو نوع خوشه‌بندی، انطباق قابل توجهی با هم نداشتند. از بین صفات اگرومورفولوژی، صفت قطر ساقه دارای همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار با درصد اسانس بود. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند در بهره‌برداری بهتر زراعی و هم‌چنین در به‌نژادی گیاه بادرشبو مفید واقع شوند.}, keywords_fa = {تنوع فنوتیپی,اسانس,همبستگی,نعناعیان,کروماتوگرافی}, url = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2675.html}, eprint = {https://ppt.basu.ac.ir/article_2675_f26a6c8f5a19df897dac113c2ad29a01.pdf} }
