اثر تیمار پس از برداشت آب گرم بر القاء مقاومت به سرمازدگی در میوه خرمالو (Diospyros kaki Thunb.) رقم کرج
این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی اثر تیمار پساز برداشت آب گرم بر کاهش سرمازدگی ناشی از انبار سرد، در میوه خرمالو رقم کرج انجام شد. میوهها در مرحله بلوغ تجاری برداشت شده و بلافاصله جهت اعمال تیمار به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردیدند، سپس میوهها در آب با دمای 20 درجه سانتیگراد بهعنوان شاهد، 45، 50 و 55 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 10 و 20 دقیقه غوطهور شدند و سپس در انبار با دمای 1 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی 85 تا 90% به مدت 4 ماه نگهداری گردیدند. خواص ظاهری و کیفی میوه شامل کاهش وزن، سفتی بافت، مواد جامد محلول، اسیدیته کل، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی، میزان مالون دیآلدئید بهعنوان شاخصی برای پراکسیداسیون چربیها، نشت الکترولیتی از غشاء، میزان تانن محلول و فنل کل در طول مدت انبارداری و همچنین میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز پس از پایان مدت انبارداری و گذشت دو روز عمر قفسه ای اندازهگیری شدند. همه تیمارهای آب گرم اعمال شده، تأثیر معنیداری بر حفظ بهتر سفتی بافت، مواد جامد محلول، میزان فنل و تانن و کاهش سرمازدگی، نشت الکترولیت و پراکسیداسیون چربیها داشت. با اینکه بهترین نتایج از تیمار آب 55 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 20 دقیقه بهدست آمد اما به دلیل تأثیر نامطلوب این تیمار بر کیفیت خوراکی میوه، بهطور کلی استفاده از آب 50 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 10 و 20 دقیقه و همچنین آب 55 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 10 دقیقه بهترین تیمارها برای حفظ کیفیت میوه خرمالو رقم کرج و کاهش علائم سرمازدگی در آن شناخته شدند.

بررسی عملکرد و شاخصهای سودمندی در الگوهای مختلف کشت مخلوط شوید (Anethun graveolens L.) و شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)
به منظور بررسی تاثیر الگوهای مختلف کشت بر اجزای عملکرد، عملکرد و کارآیی استفاده از زمین در الگوهای مختلف کشت مخلوط شوید و شنبلیله، آزمایشی در مزرعهای واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی- شهرستان نقده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 91- 1390 به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل کشت مخلوط ردیفی (یک ردیف شوید + یک ردیف شنبلیله)، کشت مخلوط نواری (دو ردیف شوید + یک ردیف شنبلیله، سه ردیف شوید + یک ردیف شنبلیله، دو ردیف شنبلیله + یک ردیف شوید، سه ردیف شنبلیله + یک ردیف شوید و دو ردیف شوید + دو ردیف شنبلیله) و کشت خالص هر دو گونه بود. الگوی کشت بر صفات مورد بررسی هر دو گونه اثر معنیدار (01/0p≤) داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی شنبلیله از تیمار کشت خالص بهترتیب برابر با 940 و 3103 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهدست آمد. نتایج در مورد گیاه شوید نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی شوید از کشت مخلوط نواری سه ردیف شوید + یک ردیف شنبلیله بهترتیب برابر با 860 و 67/4816 کیلوگرم در هکتار حاصل شد. درصد اسانس شوید (85/2 درصد) در تمامی تیمارهای کشت مخلوط بالاتر از تیمار کشت خالص (2 درصد) بود. بیشترین سودمندی براساس شاخصهای نسبت برابری زمین (90/1= LER) از الگوی کشت مخلوط دو ردیف شوید + دو ردیف شنبلیله و کاهش یا افزایش عملکرد واقعی کل (18/2AYL=) و سودمندی کشت مخلوط (28/1= IA) از الگوی کشت مخلوط سه ردیف شنبلیله + یک ردیف شوید بهدست آمد که نشاندهنده افزایش سودمند زراعی کشت مخلوط نسبت به کشت خالص دو گونه دارد.

تحلیل مسیر همبستگیهای ژنتیکی ویژگیهای مورفولوژیکی مؤثر بر عملکرد و گروهبندی ژنوتیپهای توتفرنگی با استفاده از روشهای آماری چندمتغیره
به منظور تعیین روابط بین عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد، تجزیه همبستگی ها و تعیین اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم ویژگی های مورفولوژی بر عملکرد 20 ژنوتیپ توت فرنگی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی کردستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پانزده ویژگی شامل تعداد و سطح برگ، نسبت طول به عرض برگ، اندازه و وزن میوه، عملکرد، طول دمبرگ، تعداد گل آذین در بوته، تعداد میوه، طول گل آذین، تعداد ساقه رونده، تعداد تاج، تعداد گل در بوته و تعداد گل در گل آذین اندازه گیری شدند. با استفاده از تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی چهار مؤلفه اول 73 درصد از کل واریانس متغیرها را توجیه نمودند. با توجه به دندروگرام تجزیه کلاستر به روش وارد و بر اساس مربع فواصل اقلیدسی و با در نظر گرفتن خط برش در فاصله پنج، ژنوتیپ های توت فرنگی مورد مطالعه به پنج گروه اصلی تقسیم شدند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه بایپلات تا حدود نسبتاً زیادی با نتایج حاصل از تجزیه به مؤلفه های اصلی و تجزیه کلاستر مطابقت داشت. در تجزیه همبستگی های فنوتیپی و ژنتیکی ویژگی ها، اکثر همبستگی های ژنتیکی، روند مشابهی را با همبستگی های فنوتیپی نشان دادند و در اکثر موارد همبستگی های ژنتیکی بیشتر از همبستگی های فنوتیپی بودند. همبستگی ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی مثبت و معنی داری بین ویژگی های تعداد برگ، طول دمبرگ، طول گل آذین، تعداد تاج، تعداد گل آذین، تعداد گل درگل آذین، تعداد گل در بوته، درصد تشکیل میوه، تعداد میوه، حجم و وزن میوه با عملکرد مشاهده شد. همبستگی ژنتیکی معنی دار بین ویژگی های تعداد ساقه رونده و نسبت طول به عرض برگ با ویژگی عملکرد مشاهده نشد. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که درصد تشکیل میوه، حجم میوه و تعداد میوه با ضریب تبیین 95/0 وارد مدل شدند. نتایج تجزیه علیت نشان داد که ویژگی حجم میوه بیشترین اثر مستقیم و مثبت را بر عملکرد داشت و ویژگی تعداد میوه بالاترین اثر غیرمستقیم و منفی را از طریق حجم میوه بر عملکرد توت فرنگی دارا بود.

بررسی تنوع مورفولوژیکی و تحلیل ضرایب مسیر بازده اسانس در جمعیت های آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak)
آویشن دنایی یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی و گونه های اندمیک ایران است که در ارتفاعات رشته کوه های زاگرس دارای تنوع و پراکنش وسیعی می باشد. در این تحقیق، تنوع صفات مورفولوژیکی و بازده اسانس آویشن دنایی (وزنی/ وزنی) در دو سطح درون و بین جمعیتی در شش رویشگاه طبیعی با اقلیم متنوع (مهران، بیجار، شکرناب، قاطرالن، قیاق و سمیرم) انجام شد و عوامل مؤثر بر درصد اسانس از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل ضرایب مسیر تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد تنوع قابل توجهی در بین جمعیت ها از نظر صفات مورفولوژیکی وجود دارد. تجزیه خوشه ای، افراد مورد مطالعه آویشن دنایی را در چهار گروه مستقل از هم تقسیم کرد که الگوی گروهبندی با منشاء جغرافیایی آنها تطابق بالایی داشت. میانگین بازده اسانس جمعیت ها بین 28/4-53/1 درصد متغیر بود. تجزیه و تحلیل ضرایب مسیر صفات مورفولوژیکی نشان داد صفات طول گل آذین و طول برگ بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم و صفات طول برگه و ارتفاع گیاه بیشترین تأثیر غیرمستقیم را بر درصد اسانس داشتند. در نهایت در بین جمعیتهای مورد مطالعه، جمعیت ایلام به جهت دارا بودن مجموعه ای از صفات مطلوب رشدی، سازگاری به شرایط تنش، همچنین تنوع مناسب درون جمعیتی به عنوان منبع ژنتیکی مطلوب، می تواند در برنامه های به نژادی و اهلی سازی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تنوع مقاومت نسبت به حمله سرخرطومی برگ یونجه در ژنوتیپهای مختلف یونجه (Hypera postica Gyll.) در شرایط همدان
یونجه از جمله گیاهان علوفه ای دنیا (به ویژه ایران) می باشد. هرساله عملکرد این گیاه در منطقه همدان توسط حمله خسارت زای سرخرطومی کاهش مییابد. بنابراین، به منظور ارزیابی مقاومت به آفت فوق در ژنوتیپ های مختلف این گیاه، 30 جمعیت یونجه زراعی موجود در ژرمپلاسم مزرعه ای با آرایش طرح کاملاً تصادفی در منطقه همدان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات مورد بررسی، تنوع فراوانی از نظر کلیه صفات در ژنوتیپ ها نشان داد. سبزینگی برگ، درصد خسارت آفت، ارتفاع گیاه در زمان بروز خسارت، ارتفاع گیاه در زمان برداشت و درصد ماده خشک در سطح احتمال یک درصد و صفت عملکرد علوفه خشک در سطح احتمال پنج درصد تفاوت معنی داری داشتند. نتایج تجزیه همبستگی ها نشان داد که بین صفت درصد خسارت آفت و تعداد لارو همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار (**695/0) در سطح احتمال یک درصد وجود داشت. رگرسیون گامبهگام برای عملکرد تر علوفه نشان داد که صفات عملکرد خشک علوفه و درصد ماده خشک وارد مدل شدند و با ضریب تبیین تجمعی 58/99 درصد بیشترین تغییرات عملکرد تر علوفه را توجیه نمودند. سایر صفات مورد مطالعه تأثیر معنی داری بر مدل نداشتند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، جمعیت های کرج2122 و بمی103 را میتوان جزء جمعیت های مطلوب و متحمل به آفت در این مطالعه و مناسب همدان پیشنهاد نمود. .

اثر کاربرد کودهای زیستی، شیمیایی و آلی بر برخی ویژگیهای کیفی علوفه سورگوم دانهای در شرایط گلخانه
مدیریت کود یک عامل مهم در موفقیت کشت گیاهان زراعی میباشد. کاربرد کودهای زیستی در تولید این گیاهان با هدف حذف یا کاهش قابل ملاحظه مصرف نهادههای شیمیایی و همچنین افزایش حاصلخیزی خاک و بهبود رشد و کیفیت گیاه، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. بهمنظور بررسی واکنش برخی از ویژگیهای کیفی علوفه سورگوم دانهای به استفاده از کودهای زیستی، شیمیایی و آلی، آزمایشی بهصورت طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی و در 3 تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 3 نوع کود بیولوژیک و تلفیق آنها با یکدیگر و ورمیکمپوست و کود شیمیایی به شرح زیر بود: 1- قارچ میکوریزا آربسکولار گونه eaessom sumolG + ورمیکمپوست، 2- قارچ میکوریزا + کود زیستی نیتروکسین (حاوی باکتریهای .ps mulliripsozA و .ps retcabotozA)، 3- قارچ میکوریزا + ریزوبیوم (.ps muibozihR)، 4- قارچ میکوریزا + کود شیمیایی NPK، 5- قارچ میکوریزا eaessom sumolG و 6- شاهد. در این آزمایش، هرچند تیمارها اثر معنیداری بر میزان خاکستر، اجزای دیواره سلولی (مواد نامحلول در شوینده خنثی) و اجزای دیواره سلولی به جزء همیسلولز (مواد نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی) نداشتند اما توانستند صفات و ویژگیهایی نظیر پروتئین خام، گوارشپذیری ماده خشک و گوارشپذیری ماده آلی را بهطور معنیداری تغییر دهند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد پروتئین خام (19/15 درصد)، گوارشپذیری ماده خشک (21/07 درصد) و گوارشپذیری ماده آلی (61/27 درصد) در تیمار تلفیقی میکوریزا و نیتروکسین و بیشترین درصد خاکستر (8/9 درصد) از تیمار تلفیقی کود میکوریزا و ورمیکمپوست حاصل شد. با توجه به نتایج آزمایش، بهترین تیمار کودی برای سورگوم دانهای مخلوط قارچ میکوریزا و کود زیستی نیتروکسین پیشنهاد میگردد. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که کودهای بیولوژیک میتوانند بهعنوان جایگزینی مناسب برای بخشی از کودهای شیمیایی در سیستمهای کشاورزی پایدار مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

بررسی رشد و فنولوژی محصول اصلی و راتون ارقام برنج در سامانههای زراعی مختلف
این آزمایش با هدف ارزیابی فنولوژی رشد محصول اصلی و راتون برنج در سامانههای زراعی، بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشی واقع در شهرستان نکا طی سالهای 1390 و 1391 اجرا شد. نظامهای کاشت رایج، بهبودیافته و فشرده[1] بهعنوان عامل اصلی و ارقام سنگ طارم، طارم هاشمی، ندا و شیرودی بهعنوان عامل فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که در نظام کاشت رایج دوره رشد طولانیتر بوده و تأخیر در وارد شدن به مرحله زایشی به کاهش عملکرد شلتوک محصول اصلی و راتون منجر شد. در نظام کاشت فشرده ایجاد شرایط بهینه رشد باعث افزایش عملکرد شد. بیشترین عملکرد شلتوک محصول اصلی برای دو رقم ندا و شیرودی تولید شد. عملکرد شلتوک راتون رقم طارم هاشمی بهمیزان 53/7 درصد بیشتر از رقم سنگ طارم بود. حداکثر عملکرد شلتوک محصول اصلی در اثر متقابل نظام کاشت فشرده و رقم ندا حاصل شد. بیشترین شاخص برداشت محصول اصلی در اثر متقابل بین نظام کاشت فشرده و رقم شیرودی (12/57 درصد) بهدست آمد. بالاترین شاخص برداشت راتون نیز در اثر متقابل دو نظام کاشت فشرده و بهبودیافته برای رقم طارم هاشمی مشاهده شد. بنابراین، کاشت ارقام برنج در نظام کاشت فشرده سودمندی بالاتری نسبت به نظام کاشت بهبودیافته و رایج داشت.

ارزیابی خودسازگاری، زمان گلدهی و خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی برخی از ژنوتیپهای بادام برای دستیابی به انتخابهای برتر
بادام یکی از گونه های مهم جنس Prunus از نظر اقتصادی می باشد. خودناسازگاری یکی از مشکلات مهم و محدودکننده در میزان تشکیل میوه و محصول دهی بادام می باشد. بنابراین شناسایی ارقام خودسازگار بادام اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. از مشکلات دیگر تولید بادام سرمای دیررس بهاره بوده که برای رفع آن باید ارقام دیرگل و مقاوم به سرمای بهاره معرفی کرد. بنابراین، آزمایشات زیر با هدف بهدست آوردن ارقام خودسازگار و دیرگل برتر روی 90 ژنوتیپ بذری بادام در شهرستان آشتیان از توابع استان مرکزی صورت گرفت. در آزمایش اول میزان خودسازگاری ژنوتیپ ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که تعداد پنج ژنوتیپ 30، 42، 56، 63 و 82 نیمه خودسازگار تشخیص داده شدند. در آزمایش دوم زمان گلدهی ژنوتیپ ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت که زمان گلدهی 43 عدد از ژنوتیپ های مورد مطالعه از یک تا یازده فروردین ثبت شد که با توجه به اینکه در این زمان از سال احتمال سرمازدگی بهاره کاهش پیدا میکند لذا این ژنوتیپ ها میتوانند کاندیدای خوبی بهعنوان والد دیرگل در برنامه ها اصلاحی باشند و یا بعد از بررسی خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه، در صورت تأیید بهعنوان رقم تجاری مورد استفاده قرار بگیرند. از این تعداد، زمان گلدهی 10 عدد از ژنوتیپ ها (شامل ژنوتیپهای شماره 13، 14، 19، 31، 58، 62، 63، 76، 80 و 82) از تاریخ شش فروردین تا 11 فروردین ثبت شد که این ژنوتیپها بهعنوان ژنوتیپ های دیرگل تا خیلی دیرگل طبقه بندی شدند. در آزمایش سوم؛ صفات رویشی و میوه ژنوتیپ های انتخاب شده به عنوان دیرگل و خیلی دیرگل (43 ژنوتیپ) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و با توجه به خصوصیات یک بادام خوب از نظر تولیدکننده و مصرفکننده (دیرگلی، عملکرد زیاد، مغز بزرگ، رنگ مغز، طعم مغز و درصد مغز زیاد)؛ تعداد 13 ژنوتیپ شامل ژنوتیپ های شماره 3، 6، 13، 14، 23، 43، 57، 62، 63، 71، 77، 80 و 82 بهعنوان ژنوتیپ های برتر معرفی شدند که برای احداث باغات بادام به باغداران توصیه میشوند.

مقایسه روشهای مختلف تعیین هدایت الکتریکی شیره سلولی گندم تحت تنش کمبود آب با دستگاه طیفسنج نوری
بروز تنش کمبود آب در سلولهای گیاهی رشد و تقسیم سلولی را کاهش داده و یا متوقف می نماید و در نتیجه بر رشد و عملکرد گیاه موثر خواهد بود. جهت بررسی اثر تنش کمبود آب و مصرف مقادیر مختلف زئولیت، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1390-1389 به صورت کرت های یکبار خرد شده در مزرعه آموزشی– تحقیقاتی دانشگاه پیام نور اراک با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تنش کمبود آب به عنوان عامل اصلی در چهار سطح I0= آبیاری بر اساس نیاز آبی گیاه (شاهد)، I1، I2 و I3 به ترتیب آبیاری به میزان 85،70 و 55 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه، در کرت های اصلی و مصرف مقادیر مختلف زئولیت بهعنوان عامل فرعی در چهار سطح Z0= عدم مصرف زئولیت (شاهد)، Z1، Z2 و Z3 مصرف زئولیت به مقدار سه، شش و نه تن در هکتار در کرت های فرعی قرار داده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر متقابل تیمار تنش کمبود آب و مصرف زئولیت بر صفاتی مانند عملکرد دانه، مقدار جذب طول موج 525 نانومتر توسط دستگاه طیفسنج نوری در نمونههای تیمارهای شاهد، متانول، استون، مانیتول، آب 50 درجه و آب 60 درجه سانتی گراد معنیدار شد. همچنین بیشترین و کمترین میزان جذب طول موج 525 نانومتر توسط دستگاه طیفسنج در تیمار آب 60 درجه سانتی گراد با میانگین 90/67 و 67/33 درصد به ترتیب متعلق به تیمار آبیاری بر اساس 70 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه و عدم مصرف زئولیت و تیمار آبیاری بر اساس 85 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه و مصرف نه تن در هکتار زئولیت بود. بنابراین تنش کمبود آب می تواند باعث تخریب غشاء سلول های گیاهی شود و در نتیجه کنترل سلول بر ورود و خروج الکترولیت ها کاهش خواهد رفت.

اثر کادمیوم و زئولیت بر صفات رشد شاهی (Lepidium sativum L.) و تربچه (Raphanus sativus L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر کادمیوم و زئولیت بر رشد رویشی دو سبزی شاهی و تربچه، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی خلعت پوشان دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1390 به اجرا درآمد. کادمیوم بهعنوان فاکتور اول در پنج غلظت (صفر، پنج، 10، 20 و 40 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) از منبع سولفات کادمیوم و زئولیت (کلینوپتیلوئیت سبزوار) در دو سطح (صفر و یک درصد وزن خاک) بهعنوان فاکتور دوم استفاده شد. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده مشاهده شد که غلظتهای مختلف کادمیوم بر وزن تر و خشک و سطح برگ گیاه شاهی و وزن تر و خشک برگ و ریشه و طول و قطر ریشه گیاه تربچه مورد بررسی معنیدار است. درحالیکه اثر زئولیت فقط در مورد سطح برگ و وزن تر گیاه شاهی معنیدار بود. در تیمار 40 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم کادمیوم وزن تر و خشک ریشه در تربچه به ترتیب 38 و 36 درصد کاهش یافت. حضور زئولیت در خاک موجب بهبود صفات رشدی گیاه شاهی شد اما در مورد گیاه تربچه این حالت مشاهده نشد. در تیمار 20 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم کادمیوم با افزودن زئولیت سطح برگ شاهی به 2 برابر افزایش یافت. کادمیوم اثر منفی بر صفات رشدی هر دو گیاه داشت و کاربرد زئولیت اثرات منفی آن را در بعضی از صفات مورد بررسی کاهش داد.

اثر شوری بر فیزیولوژی رشد رویشی، اجزاء عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی میوه توتفرنگی رقم کاماروزا
توتفرنگی یکی از میوههای ارزشمندی است که کشت آن بهصورت چندساله و یکساله (گلخانهای) رو به گسترش است. این گیاه به شوری حساس میباشد. این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف شوری (صفر، 15، 30، 45 و 60 میلیمولار کلریدسدیم) بر تغییرات رشد رویشی، زایشی و خصوصیات کیفی میوه توتفرنگی رقم کاماروزا در شرایط هیدروپونیک اجرا گردید. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که با بیشتر شدن سطح شوری علاوهبر کاهش قابل توجه وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه، تعداد و سطح برگ، اجزای عملکرد نیز کاهش چشمگیری یافت بهگونهای که عملکرد بوته در سطوح شوری 15، 30، 45 و 60 میلیمولار بهترتیب 20، 42، 45 و 65 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. تنش شوری همچنین سبب کمتر شدن کلروفیل و محتوای نسبی آب برگ، غلظت مواد جامد محلول کل و اسیدیته قابل تیتر میوه گردید، درحالیکه مقدار نشت الکترولیت برگ، درصد و سطح نکروزه برگ، محتوای آنتوسیانین، ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی، مواد فنولی، پرولین و سفتی میوه با بیشتر شدن سطح شوری افزایش یافت. بهطورکلی بیشترین تغییرات بر اثر اعمال تنش شوری در رشد رویشی و زایشی مشاهده گردید. درحالیکه تغییرات در خصوصیات کیفی میوه به مقدار کمتری تحت تاثیر شوری قرار گرفت.

تأثیر مقادیر نیتروژن و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای افزاینده رشد گیاه بر وزن دانه در بوته، محتوای کلروفیل و کارآیی مصرف کود تریتیکاله
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر مقادیر نیتروژن و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای محرک رشد بر وزن دانه در بوته، محتوای کلروفیل و کارآیی مصرف کود تریتیکاله، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در گلخانه پژوهشی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1390 انجام گردید. تیمارها مقادیر کود نیتروژنه (صفر،80، 160و240 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از منبع اوره و تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای افزاینده رشد ( تلقیح بذر با آزوسپیریلوم لیپوفروم استرین OF، سودوموناس پوتیدا سویههای 41 و 9 و عدم تلقیح بذر بهعنوان شاهد) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تلقیح بذر با باکتریهای افزاینده رشد و مقادیر کود نیتروژن تأثیر معنیداری بر وزن دانه در بوته، تعداد دانه در سنبله، طول سنبله، وزن صد دانه، شاخص برداشت، درصد پروتئین دانه و دیگر صفات مورد بررسی داشت. افزایش کود نیتروژن، درصد پروتئین دانه را افزایش داد. بیشترین درصد پروتئین دانه (24/11) در تلقیح بذر با سودوموناس سویه 9 بهدست آمد. مقایسه میانگین تلقیح بذر با باکتری های افزاینده رشد در مقادیر کود نیتروژنه نشان داد که وزن دانه در بوته در تلقیح بذر با آزوسپریلوم لیپوفروم در مصرف160 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار بیشتر از کاربرد 240 کیلوگرم کود نیتروژنه درحالت عدمتلقیح بذر با باکتری بود. بالاترین کارآیی مصرف کود در ترکیب تیماری 80N × تلقیح بذر با باکتری آزوسپیریلوم لیپوفروم بهدست آمد. به نظر میرسد بهمنظور افزایش وزن دانه در بوته و دیگر خصوصیات زراعی، میتوان پیشنهاد نمود که تلقیح بذر تریتیکاله با آزوسپریلوم در مصرف 160 کیلوگرم کود نیتروژنه در هکتار بهکار برده شود.

بررسی اثرات تنک شیمیایی روی برخی صفات کمی و کیفی دو رقم تجارتی هلو
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات تنککنندگی اوره و نفتالین اسید استیک (NAA) این تحقیق بهمدت سه سال بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات باغبانی مشکین شهر روی دو رقم تجاری (دکسی رد و سانکرست) اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل اوره (10 و 12%)، نفتالین اسید استیک (15 و 20 پی پی ام) و شاهد بودند. در تمام گل ارقام هلو با اوره 10 و 12% و NAA 15 و 20 پی پی ام محلول پاشی شدند. یک ماه پس از محلولپاشی درصد ریزش گل و در زمان برداشت، صفات کیفی شامل: اندازه، وزن، اسیدیته، درصد مواد جامد محلول میوه و عملکرد هر تیمار جداگانه محاسبه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در ارقام مورد مطالعه کاربرد اوره 10 و 12% و نفتالین اسید استیک 15 و 20 پی پی ام بهعنوان تنککننده باعث کاهش عملکرد، افزایش ریزش گل، افزایش وزن، حجم و صفات کیفی میوه نسبت به شاهد گردیدند. در ارقام مورد آزمایش کاربرد اوره 12% باعث بیشترین ریزش گل شد و عملکرد را نسبت به سایر تیمارها کاهش داد ولی وزن و حجم میوه های درختان تیمار شده بزرگتر از سایر درختان بود. در هلو دکسی رد تیمار با 12% اوره بیشترین و 15 و 20 پی پی ام نفتالین اسیداستیک کمترین اسیدیته را داشتند. در هلو سانکرست محلولپاشی با 15 و 20 پیپیام نفتالین اسیداستیک بهطور مشترک بیشترین مواد جامد محلول را داشتند.

مقایسه درصد و اجزای اسانس برگ و گل تازه نعنا دشتی (Mentha spicata L.) کشت شده در مناطق حمیدیه و شوشتر در زمانهای مختلف برداشت
نعنا دشتی (Mentha spicata L.) یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی خانواده نعنا میباشد که بهدلیل خواص دارویی ارزشمند کاربرد زیادی در صنایع غذایی، آرایشی-بهداشتی و داروسازی دارد. در این تحقیق تغییرات درصد و اجزای اسانس نعنادشتی کشت شده در مناطق حمیدیه و شوشتر طی پنج ماه از سال 1390 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی بررسی گردید. نمونههای برگ تازه در اواسط ماههای اردیبهشت، تیر، مرداد، شهریور و مهر و نمونههای گل تازه در اواسط ماههای تیر، مرداد و شهریور برداشت شدند. نمونهها بهوسیله کلونجر و به روش تقطیر با آب اسانس گیری شدند و اجزای اسانس با دستگاه GC و GC-MS آنالیز شدند. نتایج نشان داد که زمان برداشت گیاه اثر معنیداری بر درصد اسانس برگ و گل تازه در هر دو منطقه داشت. بیشترین درصد اسانس برگ (74/0%) و گل تازه (84/2%) در منطقه حمیدیه بهترتیب در ماههای تیر و مرداد و در منطقه شوشتر در ماه مرداد (بهترتیب 98/0% و 07/2%) ثبت گردید. کمترین درصد اسانس برگ تازه در هر دو منطقه در اردیبهشت (26/0 و 42/0% بهترتیب در منطقه حمیدیه و شوشتر) و گل تازه در تیر (52/1 و 64/1% بهترتیب در منطقه حمیدیه و شوشتر) مشاهده شد. بیشترین (60/69%) و کمترین (92/51%) مقدار کاروون برگ تازه حمیدیه بهترتیب در ماههای مهر و اردیبهشت و بیشترین (80/63%) و کمترین (33/53%) مقدار کاروون گل تازه بهترتیب در ماههای شهریور و مرداد ثبت گردید. در نمونههای شوشتر، حداکثر مقدار کاروون برگ (03/64%) و گل تازه (95/58%) بهترتیب در ماههای تیر و مرداد و حداقل مقدار آن در شهریور (34/60 و 26/54% بهترتیب در برگ و گل) بهدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار لیمونن برگ (30/23%) و گل تازه (87/30%) حمیدیه بهترتیب در ماههای تیر و مرداد و بیشترین مقدار در برگ (99/20%) و گل (52/28%) شوشتر بهترتیب در ماههای مرداد و شهریور مشاهده شدند.

اثر اسید آسکوربیک روی برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه ریحان تحت سمیت آرسنیک
در این پژوهش اثر محلولپاشی گیاه ریحان با غلظتهای مختلف اسید آسکوربیک (صفر، 10 و 20 میلیمولار) بر درصد اسانس، آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی، ترکیبات فنلی و تجمع آنها در اندامهای گیاه، تحت تأثیر تنش آرسنیک صفر (شاهد)، 40، 80 و 120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر کاربرد اسید آسکوربیک بر کاهش سمیت آرسنیک در گیاهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اعمال تیمارهای ساده آرسنیک و محلولپاشی اسیدآسکوربیک بر تمامی صفات مورد بررسی به جزء گایاکول پراکسیداز تأثیر معنیدار داشتند. افزایش سطوح آرسنیک باعث کاهش 37/10 درصدی کلروفیل فلورسانس و افزایش 42/71 درصدی در آسکوربات پراکسیداز نسبت به شاهد گردید. برهمکنش اسید آسکوربیک و آرسنیک بر درصد اسانس، شاخص کلروفیل، کارتنوئید، کربوهیدرات، کاتالاز و پراکسیداز معنیدار شد. اسیدآسکوربیک بهخصوص در سطح 20 میلیمولار باعث بهبود پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده در تنش آرسنیک گردید. بیشترین درصد اسانس (50/1درصد)، شاخص کلروفیل (05/15) و کارتنوئید (96/7 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر) از تیمار محلولپاشی 20 میلیمولار اسید آسکوربیک در شرایط عدم تنش (شاهد) حاصل شد. همچنین بالاترین سطح اسیدآسکوربیک (20 میلیمولار) در شرایط تنش شدید آرسنیک (120 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) مقدار کربوهیدرات، آنزیم کاتالاز و پراکسیداز را بهترتیب 28/13، 75 و 84/53 درصد نسبت بهعدم محلولپاشی در شرایط تنش مشابه کاهش داد. بنابراین با استناد به یافتههای مطالعه حاضر و همچنین انجام تحقیقات تکمیلی میتوان محلولپاشی اسیدآسکوربیک را جهت بهبود رشد و کاهش تجمع آرسنیک در بافتهای مختلف ریحان بهصورت تجاری استفاده کرد.

بررسی اثر پوشش واکس و مدت انبارداری بر خصوصیات کیفی و کارآیی آنتیرادیکالی میوهی چهار رقم مرکبات
پوشش میوه مرکبات با واکس، از رایجترین تیمارهای قبل از انبارداری است. به نظر میرسد تغییر ویژگیهای کیفی و ارزش غذایی میوه در این شرایط نیاز به بررسی دارد. به این منظور، این آزمایش روی میوههای برداشت شدهی ارقام پرتقال تامسون، مورو، سیاورز و نارنگی پیج انجام شد. تیمارها شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون پوشش)، پوشش واکس (Britex Ti)، در مدت انبارداری (صفر، 30، 60 و 90 روز) بود. میوههای هر رقم پس از تیماردهی در دمای 5 درجه سانتیگراد بهمدت 90 روز درون سردخانه قرار گرفت و با نمونهبرداری در روزهای صفر، 30، 60 و 90 خصوصیات کیفی میوهها ارزیابی شد. بر اساس نتایج، میزان کاهش وزن میوهها طی انبارداری، در میوههای بدون واکس هر چهار رقم بالاتر از واکسدارها بود. پوشش واکس فقط تاثیر معنیداری در کاهش ضایعات میوهی رقم تامسون طی انبارداری داشت. میوههای با و بدون پوشش واکس تفاوت معنیداری از نظر شاخصهای رنگ پوست میوه، عصارهی میوه، pH، میزان کل مواد جامد محلول و میزان اسید قابل تیتراسیون طی انبارداری نداشتند. در همهی ارقام و میوههای تیمار شده نسبت کل مواد جامد محلول به میزان اسید قابل تیتراسیون طی انبارداری کاهش معنیدار هرچند جزئی داشت. پوشش واکس سبب افزایش ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تا ماه دوم انبارداری شد ولی با نگهداری بیش از دو ماه، کارآیی آنتیرادیکالی کاهش یافت. از نظر حسی، بهجز نارنگی پیج، سایر ارقام با پوشش واکس وضعیت کیفی و حسی بهتری را در مقایسه با بدون پوششها داشتند.
